Position Requirements
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Customer service focus
- Strong project management and follow-up skills
- PC Proficiency, Microsoft Office (especially EXCEL & POWERPOINT)
- Systems and documentation focus
- Independent thinker with big picture orientation
- Flexible team player with problem solving skills
- Minimum of two years experience with group health insurance
- Knowledge of HMO, PPO, POS, Fully-Insured and Self Funded Plans
- Ability to multitask
