Burkwald & Associates provides valuable education to our employees and are extremely engaged in communication that will allow us to incorporate cost saving strategies and incentives directly into our health insurance plan.  With 2 collective bargaining units and a tough economy they have been very instrumental in allowing us to effect positive change within our organization.

Setting a multi year plan in place gives us predictability and allows us to be proactive versus reactive in managing costs.  I can then focus on other areas of the business knowing that the employee benefits program is being managed closely with sustainability and strategic thinking.
